The other brand also offered an enteric coated product, which I also tried, but Member's Mark is the mark of excellent quality at a lower price. I was with the recommended dosage, and I noticed that my level of fasting triglycerides increased from 130 to 4 / 2007 to 62 in 4 / 2008. My total cholesterol dropped from 150-131 to the same period. While my HDL was not affected, LDL cholesterol decreased 103-98, and my cholesterol VLDL increased from 26 to 12. I do not know how usual it is, but I am physically disabled and has not been able to increase my activity level. I also lost 30 pounds over the same period of time, and I think my diet is low in fat, may also be a factor. Although there are several factors that influence the test result, I believe that the enteric capsules of fish oil have been covered a significant factor. Enteric coated product is recommended to reduce the possibility of having "the breath of fish." With two cats in the house makes this a good board. I took the product the mark of a member of a couple of weeks. I only had one case where I felt my breath, but that was after several other gastric disorders. I would say that the product live up to its promises. The flavor and aroma of sweet vanilla to swallow capsules, it is more palatable.
